Fyregirl Invades TAI

It’s been a long time coming, but TAI gets a feminine touch as Fyregirl stops by the show, and no questions are off limits.  Some of the topics discussed are how to get a dancers attention, sexy catfights, firefighting from prison, and why you should never play a board game by yourself.

If you have any attention span after the interview, BMo and TD list their top 5 beers, discuss the horrible new rash of game shows, and Tommy rejoices in the fact that he only had to work for about 10 minutes this episode.  Make it Rain!

Regular guy – dont you also have some latino dude with craxy hair who played in Englad… Xavier or sommin???? he’s pretty cool… I can see what you mean about the hype…. We had Dwight Yorke come and play in the aussie league for a year and he brought massive hype with him – and that was DWIGHT YORKE!!!!

Badshot – Shoreditch eh??? ive been to a pound in a pintglass job near chancery lane before and it was disappointing to say the least but ill give shoreditch a go… and as for brick lane – sweet talking our, how shall i put this without offending, ‘currymaking friends’ into including the beers for free makes it all the more worthwhile!!!!

Shit on a stick…. i love it!!!! She is shit in stick form man….

Fyregirl – Not to insult, but beer can be a more important topic than strippers. Our wives and girlfreinds let us enjoy beer at home.

Richie/Whit – Shopping in Houston last Saturday and saw a guy with an Isle of Man racing t-shirt on. Spent 20 min. explaining to my wife why i found it entertianing.

Regularguy – Agree on the arrival of Becks good for the MLS. Also happy to see Blanco arrive in Chicago. Can’t wait for his inpending meltdown. Go Dynamo. Here’s to tournaments like Superliga bringing more international competition to the US. I would love to see more appearances by European teams in the US.

    Top Five Beers
    5. Rolling Rock – Light and refreshing. The king of lawnmower beers. “33″
    4. Negra Modelo – Mexican beer made by Austrian immigrants in a really cool bottle
    3. Dos Equis Amber – Gotta love a real Mexican beer and not that watered down crap they ship here but don’t even sell in their own country
    2. Newcastle Brown Ale – Fueling the Toon Army since 1927
    1. Shiner Bock – The best Czech beer from Texas

My favorite beer from my college days – Lucky Lager, the cheapest thing we could find in a bottle in SoCal. If you turned the label around people would think you were drinking Red Stripe from those ugly 11 oz. bottles. Those were the days.

pmac: I know FT is badbeat central, but it’s the only site I have money on, and I don’t want to go through the ordeal of pulling my money out right now and trying to get it somewhere else. Besides, the $5 + $0.50 SNGs are fairly easy to beat most of the time. I just started playing them all the time last week, and I’m already breaking even. I don’t think it will be much longer until I start beating them more consistently.

Hawkeye Brad: Fortunately, I wasn’t playing at the time of the network crash. However, I have two friends that were in the middle of a couple SNGs and they were not very happy while it was down. I can usually survive without playing some poker, however, I had a long day at work and wanted to relax for a bit, and poker is how I tend to do just that. So I was cursing the poker gods a little bit last night, FT being down was a badbeat in itself.

JR, keep me posted on the shirts. Yours were one of the first I took to the post office. I figured it would take a little longer, seeing as how you are on the other side of the world, but it’s been almost 3 weeks at this point. If you don’t get it soon let me know and I’ll go shake down that fascist at the post office. Same goes for everyone. If you received an email saying I sent your shirt and you haven’t received it in a reasonable amount of time, keep me posted. Thanks.

Stanley Goodspeed: “I’d take pleasure in guttin’ you, boy. I’d take pleasure in guttin’ you… boy.” What is wrong with these people, huh? Mason? Don’t you think there’s a lot of, uh, a lot of anger flowing around this island? Kind of a pubescent volatility? Don’t you think? A lotta angst, a lot of “I’m sixteen, I’m angry at my father” syndrome? I mean *grow up*! We’re stuck on an island with a bunch of violence-for-pleasure-seeking psycophatic marines, SHAME-ON-THEM!
    [clears throat]
Stanley Goodspeed: Anyway, I only got one chem round, there’s two left… Mason?
John Mason: Yes, I’m here. I was just thinking how wonderful it was when the inmates weren’t allowed to talk in here.

    Stanley Goodspeed: You enjoying this?
John Mason: Well, it’s certainly more enjoyable than my average day… reading philosophy, avoiding gang rape in the washrooms… though, it’s less of a problem these days. Maybe I’m losing my sex appeal.

John Mason: Are you sure you’re ready for this?
Stanley Goodspeed: I’ll do my best.
John Mason: Your “best”! Losers always whine about their best. Winners go home and fuck the prom queen.

    Tiffany Case: Could be.
James Bond: I tend to notice little things like that – whether a girl is a blonde or a brunette.
Tiffany Case: Which do you prefer?
James Bond: Well, as long as the collar and cuffs match…

    Plays for Thursday:

    Tigers -152 over White Sox

This may be the one pitchers duel in the offensive bloodbath that has been this series. My money is on Verlander over Danks.

    D-Backs -130 over Marlins

Marlins have been struggling of late. They were shellacked with Olsen on the mound last night (I guess his mind was on the multiple felony charges he’s facing). Zona seems to on Florida at the stadium former known as BOB, so I’m with them.

    Record: +271

FG, Thanks for taking the time to do the show. You’re a smart, hardworking lady. You’ll do great. It sounds like you DID contribute to the betterment of NV while inside. Fighting fires takes a lot of heart and work. Maybe I need to ship my old Poulans to you, because I can’t fix ‘em. The chain keeps falling off one and the other one just sucks because it is a Poulan! Tony wanted to include a wax category, but I found it too painful to consider. Not to mention it was way more information than I needed about my producer.

As for those of you inquiring as to the nature of fyregirl’s crime, that was the one detail of her life that she prefered not to discuss. She was so open about every other aspect of her exhistance, that even a prick like me can honor that one request. What’s important is that she obviously shows remorse and left prison a better person.

I gotta agree with Redbeerman AGAIN. Budlight and Miller Lite are not the same. I don’t know what side of the coin he falls on, but I loathe Bud Light. It tastes like the can. It has a horrible metallic taste.

Bud Light is the most overrated beverage in the history of Mankind.

April 19 2000. That should answer all of the questions that you have about that. I decided to change who I was because I was caught up in running from who I was and what would truly make me happy. I’ve noticed people do that a lot lately. The light bulb just finally went off and I knew that it was now or never. One step at a time and driven on pure faith that I would know where I should be headed. Not being some ROCKSTAR that thinks too much of themselves and nothing of anyone else.
As far as the pressure of the media? It dissapated over the years and then picked up swing towards the end. Reguardless, I’m not here to make someone’s career. Not my job. I only hesitate talking about it now because I don’t want that to be a factor in our conversations. I mean unless of course talking about it would somehow benefit the world. Then by all means ask away and I will give you all of the unedited details.
For right now I just want to make a voice that can be heard somewhere other than my head. And filter through the reactions like a sponge not a trash can, if you get what I mean.

I hadn’t thought about CB’s #3 beer Busch Light in a while but that’s stone cold classic. Back in college one of my friends constant INSISTED that it was the greatest beer ever because the box said, “cold filtered, light, draft”. “Dude, what other beer combines cold filtered, light in a draft beer, NONE.” We used to buy the 18 can box for like $5.99 on the way back from Friday’s classes in the Spring time and cash it out in the front yard of our apartment playing Wiffleball. We had a couple of rules. First everytime you opened one you had to basically yell, “BBBBUUUUUUUUUSSSSSCCCCCHHHH” in a really deep voice. Then we threw the crushed cans around a beautiful huge elm tree and just left them there in an area affectionally known as “Busch Gardens”. All the upstanding neighbors loved that.

Almost forgot the best part, my two roommates and I played this cutthroat Whiffleball game and if you WON it…you were declared, “BUSCHMASTER” and you got to wear the 18 can box as a crown for the following games.
