Interesting to hear Tony and B'Mo discuss motor racing.
I agree with Tony about NASCAR the races are very exciting and the speed and noise is incredible.
It's also considerably more entertaining than fucking basketball, run up one end score, run up the ever end score etc etc
Tony is slightly misguided though with his understanding of how F1 works, yes many drivers do pay to drive, but believe me THEY DO NOT PAY their own money, it is all from a sponsor, all it means is that they bring the sponsor to the team and therefore the sponsor gets the benefit of the worlds biggest advertising medium, don't worry these guys are not doing it for free, they (unless they are really retarded) all take a wage from the sponsor as well.
F1 drivers are some of the best paid sports people outside of the US (Where even retards can get $1million just for signing a contract, which if they are a number 12 they will then spend on a mansion and a hummer, which they will lose when they are dropped a year or so later). And quite rightly, they are also some of the fittest of the sports people out there and take many risks even in todays modern much safer cars.
And also Tony said that people like Virgin are setting up there own teams and there is an American F1 team USF1 - Well, fucking Branson can piss off he was nowhere to be seen at Brawn GP when they were about to be forced to close down and like the leach that he is he only came out of the woodwork when the car ran and looked like it could be a winner and he then started his 'the Virgin car this, the Virgin car that' bullshit when he did not even put in enough money to be a title sponsor on a team with NO sponsorship at the start of the season, he sponsored them on a race by race basis, it was only when he realised that he was getting so much advertisng bang for his buck that he really got on board, then when Brawn were successful and would want some 'REAL' money for the new season he ran off and got involved with one of the new teams that were desperate for money but did not have such savvy management as Brawn and let the wolf in to the team and have them rebrand it. They will be wildly unsuccessfully and he will pull out within a year or two! He is a business man not a sports lover, this is purely about how much he can keep building the brand Virgin, once it starts costing him money he will be long gone.
As for USF1 well lets see if they make it to the grid, they should they do have decent people running it, the best bit will be when they try to stick some American driver in the cars, probably a couple of seasons in, Americans really just don't have the ability to shine in F1, most American motor sport is either speedway style round and round or champ style racing but with a very low class of drivers, the successful drivers race in world series like GP2 the new feeder series for F1, and even then very few drivers successfully step up.
American notoriusly don't have passports so of course don't travel well, so to be successful in America is actually fairly easy, that's why so many forigners who cannot make it in F1 go to America, it's big bucks and easier racing. But, still fun to watch!
